About HPRA
Founded in Minnesota, the Human Privacy Rights Alliance (HPRA) is a nonprofit dedicated to defending digital and personal privacy. We support individuals and communities facing cyberstalking, harassment, and surveillance. Our team advocates for stronger privacy policies, educates communities, and empowers victims with practical tools and support.
Our Story
HPRA was created by Minnesotans who witnessed first‑hand how invasive technologies, harassment, and online abuse can devastate lives. We combine lived experience with professional IT knowledge to help our neighbors feel safe online and offline.
